These Terms govern your use of https://www.mangomuffins.com and are published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. By accessing this website or placing an order via our official channels, you agree to these Terms.


1. Products & Representations
All products are described as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to screen differences or photographic lighting.

2. Pricing & Payments
  • Prices are in INR and inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are securely processed via third-party gateways.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or those containing pricing errors.

3. Order Acceptance & Fulfilment
Orders are accepted subject to availability and are formally confirmed upon dispatch. During our website development phase, orders processed via Direct Message (DM) remain subject to these standards.

4. Return & Refund Policy (No Returns)
All sales are final. Due to the curated nature of our inventory, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind.
  • Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process a replacement claim in case of damaged item received, a clear, unedited unboxing video is required to verify the condition of the product upon arrival.
  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and logos—including the Mango Muffins brand identity—are the property of ANEKAV SOLUTIONS LLP and may not be used without express written permission.

6. Liability Limitation
Except as required by law, Mango Muffins shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
